How does ReJeweled Rentals work?

What types of events are your jewelry rentals for?

Our jewelry is perfect for weddings, proms, bridal showers, galas, engagement photos, anniversaries, photo shoots and any other special occasion where you want to feel beautiful and elegant.

How long can I rent the jewelry for?

We offer flexible rental periods, including weekend rentals or full-week options. Let us know your event date, and we’ll help you plan accordingly. Our standard rental period is from Thursday to Monday.  

What if I damage or lose the jewelry?

We understand accidents happen. Our rental agreement outlines repair or replacement costs, and we also offer optional damage protection for added peace of mind.

How do I return the jewelry?

Returning your jewelry is easy!  There are currently two different options.  You can drop off at our Buffalo, NY office or we can come and pick up the rented items from you, additional fee may apply.

Can I try the jewelry on before renting?

Absolutely! We provide in-person consultations where you can view and try on pieces to ensure they’re the perfect match for your event. Virtual consultations are also available for your convenience. Additionally, we offer a special service where we can join you at your wedding dress appointment, allowing you to try on jewelry with your gown. This service is available for just $50 per hour.

How far in advance should I book my rental?

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons like wedding and prom season.

Do you ship jewelry rentals?

At this time, we’re focusing on local rentals. Shipping options will be introduced as we grow, so stay tuned!

What happens if my event is canceled or rescheduled?

We offer flexible cancellation and rescheduling policies. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll work with you to accommodate your needs.

How do I care for the jewelry while it’s in my possession?

Each rental comes with a care guide to ensure the jewelry stays in pristine condition. Avoid exposure to water, perfumes, or harsh chemicals, and store it in the provided packaging when not in use.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Yes, we occasionally run special promotions and offer discounts for referrals. Subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated!

Can I purchase the jewelry after renting?

Currently, our jewelry is only available for rent. If this changes in the future, we’ll let our customers know. However, we work with a variety of local jewelers and can recommend you one of our experienced jewelry specialists.
